What are we looking for
We are looking for someone with strong conceptual and hands on design skills, with a broad knowledge of interactive/digital experiences including web and mobile.
You are a talented Designer with the experience in display/rich media/banner Ad’s to conceptualise as well as translate and extend concepts into effective visual designs for interactive marketing, digital campaigns, web, mobile and motion-based projects.
You will put your obsession for detail and pixel perfect execution to the test while working with copywriters to help execute cutting edge digital designs.
Under the direction of a Creative Lead (CD or ACD), you will work on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development, with a focus on design execution. You may also be involved in new business projects. You receive moderate oversight and guidance from your manager for job performance.
Your job will include:
Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging digital experiences for our client and inspire colleagues to create world-class, pioneering ideas.
Ideation, Design, and Animation of social content and digital videos
Communicate with internal teams
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
Developing ideas further.
Strong knowledge of latest trends in the digital world (UI/UX , interaction design patterns related to web design, social media, mobile applications, etc..)
Responsible for the design, execution and production of various motion based projects. A comprehensive knowledge of production, creative processes and output for video and motion graphics is a must.
Strong experience and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while creating a range of designs and animations for each project.
Quick, accurate, stress tolerant, problem solving and good communication skills
Excellent design skills and technical knowledge of Adobe Flash and After Effects.
Display/rich media/banner ad’s is a MUST!
Portfolio must include all digital (mobile, web and banner ads) work
Pixel Perfect book of inventive/imaginative digital work, should span brand and product
Fluent with mobile and web best practices
Ability to lead concepting, ideation, and design process
Is able to keep up in fast paced environment
Demonstrated understanding and expression of typography
Follows the latest design and technology trends
A minimum of 3 years experience with a strong portfolio in animated videos and banners.
