Saudi HR Partner Riyadh

The position of HR Partner requires deep insight into the business in order to seamlessly apply your capabilities across HR and to add value to the business. While acting as the face of HR to the management team you will also need to provide strategic HR support to them. The HR Partner identifies and drives HR initiatives in support of HR and the organization and will provide guidance to line managers and cross-function business units, which requires this role to leverage the entire HR community, their own HR Manager, the regional HR teams, the functional HR teams, and the Recruitment Delivery Team. The HR Partner will also be a key stakeholder in addressing skills gaps and compensation with business unit leaders, manages significant individual executive issues personally and identifies business unit and IBM Saudi organisational needs.

You will :

-Proactively address business issues like building leadership pipeline, identifying and addressing skill gaps, determining appropriate hiring strategies, review Saudisation opportunities, recommend solutions based on workforce analytics etc.

-Provide advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues

-Liaise closely with other functions like Finance, Legal, Marketing, Graduate Programs and communications etc. to enable a comprehensive view of workforce strategy

-Provide business perspective, guidance to other HR functions that deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and regional HR Partners

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 5 years experience in applying HR (Human Resources) Generalist/Partner knowledge including experience in a multinational, corporate environment

(Alternatively for HR professionals with MBA, 3 years HR generalist or partner experience is sufficient)

At least 5 years experience in Implementing HR Programs, Policies & Strategies

At least 5 years experience working and consulting with Senior Executives

Native Arabic language is mandatory

English language: Fluent

Strong knowledge of the Saudi labour law

Preferred Professional Experience

8 years experience working and consulting with Senior Executives in an HR capacity

Required Education – Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education – Master’s Degree
