Benchmark sales compensation levels relative to specific competitors and the broader market.
Support program implementation and roll-out of communication strategy.
Conduct employee surveys to gauge organizational effectiveness.
Mitigate risk associated with SIP execution especially Financial.
Ensures accuracy of available data and manages the administration of policies & rewards field.
Manages small to mid-sized projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
Coordinates across a number of work units within the specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows and accurate outputs.
Participates in articulating policies and guidelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering or in any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
